Davie is 6 and Ellie puts on her own diaper...

Here's my baby...now 6 years old! Davie turned 6 last week. We had a party with her friends from school. Her favorite thing was that I wrote on the windows of the van about her birthday. Isn't that funny? She is such a precious gift from God and I am blessed to be her momma! Happy Birthday Davie Doo! Momma loves you all the way past Heaven. You are my girl for good.
Ellie only wears a diaper for bed and tonight she was anxious to get her diaper on. This somewhat captures her efforts to diaper herself. What a funny girl!

Anything in your life that has made you smile this week? Given the bad news we are constantly hearing, I'd love to hear about your happy moments. Don't lose hope...God is on His Throne and He is not sleeping or unaware...as best as I can tell from His Word, He is actively in charge...Much love, js

My kids all noticed your van on Sunday as well. That was such a cute idea. I may just have to steal that one :)

I stole it, Cass, so go right ahead! I've got 4 more birthdays to go in the next 3 months...my van's gonna be dirty a lot! I did it with something called a glass marker...it is in the craft section at target or at least that is what the girl who loaned it to me told me

Amy

Jackie, I have a one that will make you smile:
You will love that Emily Grace thought that since there was make up smudged on the inside of my phone that she would wash it in the sink. Oh It is very clean but no longer works. :o) This just happened yesterday so now I am completely without a phone. Ahhhh....Life with a 3 year old.
